EU hosting in Stockholm
The entire infrastructure runs, per its own statements, in the AWS eu-north-1 region (Stockholm), and data is processed exclusively there. Honestly, a US-data-transfer argument doesn't apply here.
Fine-grained filters for power users
Regex filters by title or description, custom colours, status filters and the choice of whether free events sync too – if you want to tune your syncs in detail, you get plenty of room here.

Kalender Sync additionally connects GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and Infomaniak kSuite directly, plus generic CalDAV – the big German consumer providers GMX and WEB.DE in particular are connected by hardly any other sync tool. If you need your private German mail calendar next to your work calendar, this gap matters.

For law firms, schools and companies with works-council agreements, that's a real difference.
