Kalender Sync

For tax advisors & firms

Clients, deadlines, team – never double-booked again

The firm mailbox runs on Microsoft 365, your personal calendar somewhere else, and your assistant plans in a third one. Kalender Sync brings them together and keeps them current, in real time on Basic and up. Built in Munich, hosted in Germany.

A tax advisor at her desk

In a practice, appointments appear in three places at once: the practice system, the front desk calendar and your private one. As long as none of them knows about the others, the tax audit collides with the school play. Kalender Sync brings the calendars together and lets you decide per connection how much arrives where. For the front desk, the fact that the time is taken is usually enough; for yourself, you want the complete picture.

Calendar sync for tax advisors and firms

How Kalender Sync helps your day-to-day work

Deadline season survives no three calendars

Year-end closing, filings, a tax audit: when everything fills up at once, collisions happen exactly when they cost the most. Kalender Sync blocks a busy slot everywhere the moment it appears anywhere – both ways on Basic and up.

Confidentiality does not stop at the calendar

Your professional duty covers scheduling data too. Kalender Sync is built in Munich, runs on servers in Germany and processes GDPR-compliant.

GDPR compliant Made & hosted in Germany

Your assistant plans without asking

Give your team a view of your real availability instead of access to your calendar. Whoever schedules sees when you are free – not who you are talking to.

Firm and private life in one picture, not in one pot

The dentist appointment blocks your firm calendar without being named there. Per sync you decide whether only “busy”, title and time, or full details arrive – and which label blocked slots carry.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there an interface to practice management or deadline tracking software?

No, and that is deliberate. Kalender Sync works at calendar level with Microsoft, Google, Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and Infomaniak KSuite. If your professional software writes appointments into one of those calendars or publishes an iCal feed, they come along. An integration into the application itself does not exist.

How does this square with professional confidentiality?

On the default level neither titles nor attendees leave the source calendar; only the busy time travels. Processing happens exclusively in Germany at Hetzner in Nuremberg, with no transfer to third countries, and a DPA is included in the Professional tier, available on request for Free and Basic.

Can the front desk see my availability without access to my calendar?

Yes, that is what a sharing is for. Your front desk receives your availability in their own calendar without access to your accounts. You set the level of detail; by default the other side only sees when you are free.

Our practice runs Exchange on-premises. Is that supported?

On-premises Exchange without Microsoft 365 is not supported directly. Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Outlook.com all run over the same Graph endpoint and are supported. For your own Exchange the route is a published iCal feed connected read-only, included from Basic up.

Which plan do I need for deadline season?

Basic at least. The Free plan covers two calendar accounts, one sharing and Google plus Outlook, refreshing every 30 minutes. Syncing your own calendars with each other, Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and KSuite, and real-time delivery all start on Basic. That is precisely what you need here: several of your own calendars in sync, in real time, on days where appointments shift repeatedly. Every new account includes 7 days of Professional to test it.
