For coaches & consultants
More time for your clients, less for juggling appointments
Kalender Sync keeps your coaching and personal calendars in real-time sync (from the Basic plan). Share availability without giving up privacy – and say goodbye to no-shows from double-bookings.
The bottleneck in a coaching practice is rarely the calendar itself, it is the gap between two of them: your booking tool writes to one, your life sits in the other. Kalender Sync closes that gap one level down. A personal appointment blocks the slot your booking tool would offer, and a booked session shows up in your personal calendar as busy, without the client's name travelling with it. From the Basic plan this runs in real time and in both directions.

How Kalender Sync helps with your clients
No more double-booking with clients
Every calendar – including the ones your booking tools write to – comes together in real time (from the Basic plan). A booked slot is blocked everywhere – so two sessions never collide.
Your client data stays safe
Built in Munich, hosted in Germany, GDPR-compliant. Confidential topics from your sessions stay protected – you decide what's visible outside.
You decide what's visible
Give clients insight into your free time without showing private appointments. You set whether only "busy" or details are visible – and can also assign custom titles to blockers.
Coaching and personal life cleanly separated
Sync one-way or both ways and keep your spheres clearly apart – without constant manual upkeep.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does this work with Calendly, Cal.com or another booking tool?
Yes, because Kalender Sync works one level below it. Your booking tool reads and writes one specific calendar, and that is the one you connect. Whatever gets booked there appears in your other calendars, and whatever arrives there as busy drops out of the slots your booking tool offers. You change nothing in the booking tool itself.
Can clients see what is in my personal calendar?
Not unless you allow it. The default transfers nothing but “busy”: no titles, no notes, no attendees. Per sync you can move up to “title + time” or full details, and blocked times can carry a label of your choosing, for example “Personal” instead of the real title.
I use Apple iCloud personally and Google for work. Does that combination work?
Yes, from the Basic plan. Google and Outlook are included in every tier; Apple iCloud joins on Basic, along with GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and Infomaniak KSuite. Google runs over OAuth, iCloud over CalDAV using an app-specific password from your Apple settings. You never enter your Apple ID password itself.
What happens when I move a session at short notice?
From the Basic plan the change propagates in real time in both directions, triggered by a webhook from the calendar provider. On top of that, a job reconciles everything every four hours, so a change the provider failed to report still lands.
Which plan fits me?
The Free plan covers two calendar accounts, one sharing and Google plus Outlook, refreshing every 30 minutes. Syncing your own calendars with each other, Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and KSuite, and real-time delivery all start on Basic. If you run a booking tool, you generally need Basic, otherwise free slots refresh too late to be useful. Every new account starts with 7 days of Professional without a credit card.
