Sync personal & work calendars
Personal and professional – finally one calendar
Kalender Sync aligns your work and personal calendar automatically. Private appointments appear at work only as "busy" – you cleanly separate your worlds and never double-book again.
Currently supported providers
Most people run two calendars and one life. The conflict does not come from having two calendars, it comes from neither knowing about the other. Kalender Sync mirrors the busy times in both directions without carrying the content along: your work calendar shows that Thursday afternoon is taken, not why. Syncing your own calendars with each other starts on the Basic plan and runs in real time there.

How Kalender Sync helps your everyday life
No more double-bookings
An appointment in your personal calendar automatically blocks the matching slot in your work calendar – without you lifting a finger. No more manual copying. Self-sync and real-time webhook sync are included from the Basic plan (€5/month) – free to try for 7 days.
Personal stays personal
You decide that private appointments only appear at work as "busy" – no title, no details. Optionally even with your own label for the blocker.
Both worlds aligned automatically
Because every calendar shows the same truth, work and personal events never collide again.
GDPR-compliant & hosted in Germany
Built in Munich, hosted in Germany, GDPR-compliant. Confidential appointments stay protected – you decide what's visible outside.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can my employer see that I am at the doctor?
Not on the default level. All that travels is the fact that the time is taken, with no title, notes or attendees. You can also give blocked times a name of your own, so the work calendar reads “Personal” or “Unavailable”.
Am I even allowed to connect my company calendar to a private service?
That is your employer's call, not ours. Technically it is an OAuth connection over the official API with no add-in, and some companies require an admin consent for it. What usually helps the conversation with IT: processing exclusively in Germany, no transfer to third countries, DPA included in the Professional tier.
I have iCloud privately and Outlook at work. Does that work?
Yes, from the Basic plan, which is where Apple iCloud is included. Outlook runs over the Microsoft Graph API via OAuth, iCloud over CalDAV with an app-specific password you generate in your Apple settings. You never enter your Apple ID password itself.
Do personal appointments really become entries in the work calendar?
Yes, as regular appointments at the level of detail you chose. That is the difference from a subscribed calendar: the entry is a genuinely busy slot for colleagues and for booking tools, not just an extra layer that can be switched off.
Which plan covers this?
The Free plan covers two calendar accounts, one sharing and Google plus Outlook, refreshing every 30 minutes. Syncing your own calendars with each other, Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and KSuite, and real-time delivery all start on Basic. Work versus private is exactly such a self-sync, so Basic is the entry point. Every new account starts with 7 days of Professional without a credit card and continues on the Free plan afterwards.
