Kalender Sync

For clubs

Every club event right in your members' calendars

With Kalender Sync Subscribe Calendars you publish training, match days and meetings as a calendar to subscribe to. Members tap the button once and get the events in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. When something changes, their calendar app picks up the new version on its next fetch.

In short

What is a subscribable club calendar?

A club calendar to subscribe to is a calendar feed that members add to their calendar app once. From then on new events show up there, and changes arrive on the app's next fetch, without group emails or chat lists. Kalender Sync hosts the feed, a subscribe page with a QR code and a button for your club website. The subscribe page and button come without trackers and without a cookie banner.

How your club events reach your members

One subscribe page for the whole club

Every calendar gets a subscribe page with your club logo, banner, contact and upcoming events. Pin the link or QR code to the notice board, put it in your newsletter or your club app. The menu leads straight to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and Outlook.

No trackers, hosted in Germany

The subscribe page and button set no cookies and load nothing from third parties. We do not store who subscribes: no IP address, no device. Kalender Sync is a German company hosting in Germany.

GDPR compliant Made & hosted in Germany

Training as a series, holidays as exceptions

Create the weekly training once as a series. If it is cancelled over the holidays or a single session moves, you only add the exception. Members see a normal series in their app.

Several calendars for teams

Youth, women, men, board: with Professional you run up to 10 live calendars, each with its own subscribe page. Every member subscribes only to what concerns them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do events get into the subscribe calendar?

Through the Kalender Sync Publisher API. That can be a plugin on your club website, a small script that transfers your existing event list, or an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT that works the publicly documented API for you. There is no form in the app for typing in single events.

Do members need to sign up?

No. Members need no Kalender Sync account. They tap their calendar app on the subscribe page or button and confirm the subscription there. To unsubscribe, they remove the calendar in their calendar app.

How quickly do subscribers see new or changed events?

As soon as their calendar app fetches the feed. Every app does that on its own schedule: Google Calendar often takes several hours, Apple Calendar and Outlook vary. No subscription calendar can speed that up, so for a same-day cancellation send a message as well.

Can we see which members subscribed?

No. You only see numbers: active subscribers per calendar app and clicks on the subscribe button in the last 30 days. A subscription counts as active when its app fetched the feed in the last 14 days. We store no names, email addresses or IP addresses.

What do Subscribe Calendars cost?

On a Free account you try the Publisher API in a sandbox with up to 3 test calendars. A calendar goes live from Basic: €5 a month for 1 live calendar with up to 500 active subscribers. Professional is €12 a month for 10 live calendars with up to 5,000 active subscribers; above that on request. If a limit is reached, everything keeps running and you get a notice.

Are the events public?

You can show or hide upcoming events on the subscribe page. The subscribe page itself is not indexed by search engines. Anyone with the link or the feed can see the events, so internal board details do not belong in a public calendar.
