How to read this
We deliberately don't promise dates. “Now” is live work. “Next” is concretely planned. “Later” is a parked idea — interesting, not committed.
Now · Shipping this sprint
Live work, this week or next
Frictionless sign-in in strict Microsoft tenants — especially relevant for tax-advisor, consulting and enterprise clients. No more admin-consent detours.
New dashboard layout, clearer sharing flows, faster navigation. Complete overhaul of the interface based on your feedback.
Requestable today: volume tiers for teams of 5+ users, centralized billing, shared sub-processor overview, one contract for all sharings — details on the pricing page. Self-service checkout coming.
Next · Queued for the next 4–6 weeks
Concrete, scoped, not started
CalDAV-based connection to Fastmail calendars — app-specific password, no mail access, EU hosting stays EU hosting.
Yahoo Calendar via CalDAV — the long tail of personal calendars users want to align with their work calendar.
Searchable guides, FAQ and self-serve diagnostics right inside the app. Find the answer before you even open a support ticket.
Later · Parked — ideas & Q3+
If you prioritize it, it ships
Connect your calendar directly to AI assistants — schedule, reschedule, block. Privacy-compliant with clear permission boundaries.
Mirror Proton events as a source into other calendars. A full two-way connection isn't possible due to Proton's end-to-end encryption as long as Proton offers no third-party calendar access — scope under review.
What's missing here is decided in the in-app voting board. Every vote counts — no exceptions.
Changelog
19 releases since February 9, 2026. The 3 latest are visible by default — older entries expand below.
Berlin-based business mail provider mailbox.org can now be connected via CalDAV — from the Basic plan. With GMX, WEB.DE and mailbox.org, Kalender Sync now supports three of Germany's best-known mail providers.
Germany's two big personal mail providers have arrived: GMX and WEB.DE calendars can now be connected via CalDAV with an app-specific password — from the Basic plan. Your private German mail calendar runs alongside Outlook, Google and iCloud in a controlled way, with the visibility level selectable per sync.
Recurring events from Apple and CalDAV calendars are now synced completely — including all occurrences, exceptions and deletions.
The forward sync window is extended from 6 to 18 months on the Professional plan — ideal for bookings and planning far ahead. Free and Basic continue to sync 6 months ahead; into the past it stays 3 months for everyone.
New accounts now start with 7 days on the Professional plan — full access to every feature: self-sync, two-way sync, Apple iCloud, kSuite, iCal feeds and unlimited sharings. No credit card, no automatic charge. After the trial you are moved to the free Free plan automatically.
New accounts automatically start with 30 days of Basic — including self-sync, Apple iCloud, KSuite, and 5 sharings. No credit card required, no auto-charge. After the trial you're moved to Free; paused sharings are preserved and can be reactivated anytime by subscribing to Basic.
Google calendars can now be connected directly — no manual approval needed. Google OAuth verification completed.
Recurring events from iCal feeds are now correctly expanded into individual events and synced.
Apple iCloud and Infomaniak KSuite as new providers. iCal feed subscriptions for external calendars. New dashboard layout with improved sharing flow.
Fixed error when reconnecting a provider. Automatic sync resumes after re-authentication.
