Frequently asked questions
My office schedules for me. Does that mean they see everything?
Only as much as you decide. A sharing puts your real availability into your office's own calendar without any access to your accounts. Whether it shows “busy”, “title + time” or full details is set per sharing, and blocked times can carry a neutral label.
Can I keep one mandate entirely out of the operational calendar?
Yes. Visibility is a property of the individual connection, not of the account. The mandate's calendar can flow into the operational one as pure “busy”, while your own calendar still shows both worlds in full.
Who on your side can see my appointments?
We only access the availability data the sync actually requires. Hosting is exclusively in Germany at Hetzner in Nuremberg, with no transfer to third countries. A data processing agreement is included in the Professional tier and available on request for Free and Basic.
Do you support single sign-on?
On request — SSO via Entra ID or Google Workspace is scoped individually as part of the Team plan. Included by default are central account management, organisation-wide sync and visibility policies, consolidated invoicing, a DPA and an audit log. The Team plan starts at five users and is billed annually. Tell us briefly about your setup via the contact form.
I use two Microsoft 365 accounts and Apple privately. Does that run together?
Yes, from the Basic plan. Multiple accounts with the same provider are the normal case, and Apple iCloud is included from Basic, as are three calendar accounts instead of two. Microsoft and Google run over OAuth, iCloud over CalDAV with an app-specific password. You never enter your Apple ID password itself.
