In short

What is a subscribable class schedule?

A subscribe calendar for courses is a calendar feed participants subscribe to once. New course dates then appear in their calendar app, and room changes or cancellations arrive on the app's next fetch. Kalender Sync hosts the feed, a subscribe page in your branding and a button for your website. Booking and payment stay in your own system, and every event can link to it.

How your schedule lands in your customers' calendars

Subscribe page in your branding

Set logo, banner, brand color and organizer per calendar. The subscribe page shows upcoming courses or hides them, as you prefer. Share it via link, QR code or social links.

No trackers, no cookie banner

The subscribe page and button load only from our domain and set no cookies. We do not store who subscribes. Hosted in Germany, event content stored encrypted.

GDPR compliant Made & hosted in Germany

Events from your software

The Publisher API takes events by your own ID, for example the course ID from your booking system. A full sync reconciles the whole schedule and removes what no longer exists. Every event can carry a booking link.

One calendar per course series

With Professional you run up to 10 live calendars, for example one per location or course type. Stats show active subscribers per calendar app without recording individual people.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the subscribe calendar replace my booking system?

No. The subscribe calendar shows events; it does not take registrations or payments. Every event can carry an https link to your booking page, and your software writes the events into the calendar via the Publisher API.

How do course dates get into the calendar?

Through the Publisher API: your course software, a small script or an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT working the publicly documented API. Events are created or updated by your own ID, and up to 100 changes fit in one request. There is no form in the app for typing in single events.

How quickly do subscribers see new or changed events?

As soon as their calendar app fetches the feed. Every app does that on its own schedule: Google Calendar often takes several hours, Apple Calendar and Outlook vary. No subscription calendar can speed that up, so for a same-day cancellation send a message as well.

Do recurring courses work?

Yes. A course that runs every Tuesday is a series with a recurrence rule. Cancellations go in as exceptions, moved single dates as overrides. Subscribers see the series in their app like any other.

Will I know who subscribed to my calendar?

No, and that is on purpose. You see active subscribers per calendar app and clicks on the subscribe button in the last 30 days. If you want to measure clicks in your own analytics, the button fires an event on your page with every click, which you can evaluate under your own consent.

What do Subscribe Calendars cost?

On a Free account you try the Publisher API in a sandbox with up to 3 test calendars. A calendar goes live from Basic: €5 a month for 1 live calendar with up to 500 active subscribers. Professional is €12 a month for 10 live calendars with up to 5,000 active subscribers; above that on request. If a limit is reached, everything keeps running and you get a notice.
