For sales agents & sales service providers
Every principal, one calendar – no more scheduling chaos in the field
Factory trainings, trade-fair slots, joint customer visits: running four or five agencies means juggling appointments from several principals' systems at once. Kalender Sync merges them automatically into your own calendar – one calendar link per principal is all it takes.
Field sales appointments arrive from other people's systems: a factory training from one principal's portal, a trade-show slot from another's Outlook, a customer visit from your own calendar. Kalender Sync pulls those sources into your calendar without the principals learning about each other. Every connection gets its own visibility level, so a principal sees at most that you are busy. Where you have no access to the system at all, a shared calendar published as an iCal feed is enough.

How Kalender Sync helps with your principals
One calendar link per principal is all it takes
Your principal doesn't have to install anything or ask their IT for approval: they simply share a calendar link (iCal feed) – and their appointments flow into your calendar automatically, including the ones the back office books for you by invitation. iCal feeds are included from the Basic plan up, free to try for 7 days.
GDPR-compliant, servers in Germany
Built in Munich, hosted in Germany. Your principals' customer data and appointments stay under European law – with a DPA for Professional customers on request.
Principal A sees nothing of principal B
For each sync you decide what's visible: "busy" only, title + time, or full details. Every principal only sees what concerns them – your agencies stay cleanly separated.
No double-booking between customer visit and factory training
A booked slot is blocked everywhere – whether the appointment comes from a principal, your own company or your personal calendar. GMX and WEB.DE calendars sync along too. And via sharing, colleagues can release their availability straight into your calendar – so you see when your field team is free.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
I have no account in my principal's system. Does it still work?
Yes, through a shared calendar link. Many systems can publish a calendar as an iCal feed, and Kalender Sync connects that read-only, included in the Professional plan. You then see the appointments in your own calendar, though you cannot write back into that feed.
Will my principals find out about each other?
Not through Kalender Sync. By default only the fact that you are busy travels into a principal's calendar, with no title and no attendees. For the blocked time you can set a neutral label such as “Field appointment”, so no competitor's name ever appears.
Does this work on the road without a signal?
The sync runs on our servers between the calendar services, not on your phone. Your calendar app then fetches appointments the way it always does. With no signal you see the last state your app loaded, and everything is there as soon as you are back online.
What about appointments that arrive as invitations?
An invitation you accept in a connected calendar becomes an ordinary appointment in that calendar and is mirrored like any other. You never have to enter anything twice once the appointment sits in one of the connected calendars.
Is it worth it with only two principals?
That depends less on the number than on the pace. Two principals with a lot of short-notice appointments cost more coordination than five with fixed cycles. What decides it in practice is the number of calendar accounts: two on Free, three on Basic, unlimited on Professional, with iCal feeds included from Basic up.
