gSyncit by Fieldston Software (US) is an Outlook add-in for Windows, currently in version 5. It synchronises Outlook calendars, contacts, notes and tasks with Google as well as Todoist, Toodledo, Evernote, Dropbox, Nozbe and CalDAV/CardDAV services like iCloud. It supports Outlook 2007 through 2024 and Microsoft 365 Desktop on Windows 7 to 11. The price is remarkably fair: $19.99 one-time for a single machine, $15.99 per machine for several; a feature-limited trial is free. Important: gSyncit is a classic COM add-in – the maker officially states on its support page that it is not compatible with the new Outlook UI and only works in classic Outlook.

Officially incompatible with New Outlook – we're client-independent

Fieldston Software writes on its own support page that older COM add-ins, „including gSyncit, are not compatible" with the new Outlook UI – if you enable it, you „will lose the ability to use gSyncit". Adapting it would require „a complete rewrite", per the maker. Yet Microsoft is gradually replacing classic Outlook with exactly this New Outlook.
