- Every new account starts with 7 days of Professional — all features, no credit card, no subscription, no charges. You can use Self-Sync, connect Apple iCloud and kSuite and set up unlimited sharings right away. After 7 days you roll seamlessly into the free Free plan if you don't pick anything else.
- You pay for 10 months and use 12 – two months free. Cancel anytime; your plan then runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards.
- Kalender Sync syncs your Outlook, Google and iCloud calendars in real time – GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, Posteo, KSuite and iCal feeds work the same way. You choose the detail level per sync: "busy only" (free/busy) by default, optionally title + time or full details. Unless you opt in, titles, notes and event details stay private.
- Hosted exclusively in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg), no third-country transfers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request from the Basic plan upwards; it is not offered on the Free plan. We only access the availability data we actually need — nothing more.
- Yes – Kalender Sync has its own MCP server. Reading availability and creating events are included on all plans. You decide per calendar what the assistant may see. All details at kalender-sync.de/en/mcp.
- Yes — the Team plan bundles all Professional features for your staff with central account management, organisation-wide sync and visibility policies, consolidated invoicing and a compliance package (DPA, audit log). SSO via Entra ID or Google Workspace is scoped individually on request. From 5 users, billed annually — the per-user price depends on your team size. Tell us about your setup via the contact form — we reply within 24 hours on business days.
- Yes, anytime with a single click in your account. On cancellation your plan runs to the end of the paid period – your data sticks around in case you come back.
