Kalender Sync

For owners of multiple companies

Your companies know nothing about each other – from now on, your calendars do

You run two or more companies of your own, each with its own mail and calendar stack. Kalender Sync keeps them all in real-time sync – collisions between company A and company B are history, and no team sees more than it needs to.

Business owner with multiple companies between two locations

Two of your own companies mean two separate IT worlds, and they should stay that way. What is missing is your personal view across both. Kalender Sync connects the calendars of both companies to your own without marrying the systems to each other. Company A sees that you are busy, company B sees the same, and only you see both sides in full. For the staff, nothing changes.

How Kalender Sync helps across your companies

Every company its own stack – one shared schedule

Startup on Google, acquired business on Microsoft 365, private calendar on GMX? Kalender Sync connects the whole mix – including iCloud, WEB.DE and kSuite – and keeps every company and personal calendar in real-time sync. Even two Outlook accounts from two companies come together cleanly.

Discretion between your teams

The team at company A only sees "busy" for an appointment at company B – with a custom label like "Booked externally" if you want. You set the visibility per sync. GDPR-compliant, hosted in Germany – clean towards both workforces.

Your assistant plans reliably

The assistant at company A sees your real availability – without any insight into what's happening at company B. No follow-up questions, no double-bookings, no manual reconciling between companies.

Book in any company, up to date everywhere

Two-way sync (from the Basic plan): no matter which calendar an appointment lands in, all the others follow in real time. Even with strict IT, a shared calendar link is enough (iCal feed, Basic and up – as an import in your direction). And each company simply counts as one account – Basic covers 3, Professional unlimited.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We run two separate Microsoft 365 tenants. Does that work?

Yes, multiple accounts with the same provider are the normal case. Each tenant is connected as its own connection over the Microsoft Graph API via OAuth, with its own direction and its own visibility level. The tenants themselves learn nothing about each other.

Can the team in company A see what is going on in company B?

By default only that the time is taken. Titles, attendees and notes stay in the source calendar. You can also give blocked times a label of your own, such as “Booked externally”, so not even the other company's name appears.

Does this automatically stop someone from double-booking?

It removes the cause, not the click. Kalender Sync makes sure a busy slot is visible as busy in every connected calendar, in real time on Basic and up. Someone determined to book over a blocked slot still can, but they will see that the time is taken.

One of our companies still runs Exchange on-premises. What then?

On-premises Exchange without Microsoft 365 is not supported directly. There is a workaround: if that Exchange can publish a calendar as an iCal feed, Kalender Sync connects it read-only. That is included in the Professional plan and is enough to make collisions visible.

Do I need a separate subscription per company?

No, billing is per person. Watch the number of calendar accounts though: two on Free, three on Basic, unlimited on Professional. Two companies plus a private calendar therefore means Basic or above. The Team plan, starting at five users, only becomes relevant once several staff members use it.
