Connect Claude to all of your calendars
Kalender Sync connects Claude to all of your calendars: Outlook, Google, Apple, GMX, WEB.DE and more. With one connector you can let your agent handle your calendars from now on. Create events, check availability, plan your day, all through a single interface.
Reaches these calendars
Add the connector
In Claude, open Connectors, search for Kalender Sync and hit Connect. You confirm once that the connector isn't built by Anthropic, and that is already it.
Grant your calendars
Claude sends you over to us. You sign in and decide for each calendar how much Claude may see and whether it should be able to create events.
Just ask
From now on Claude knows what your week looks like. Ask where you still have two hours in one piece, and the event lands in the right calendar if you want it to. That puts you among the more than 1,000 people who have handed their scheduling over already.
Every calendar on one connection
Most calendar integrations hang off a single account. Here your assistant sees your whole schedule at once: Outlook, Google, Apple, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, kSuite and Posteo all come together in Kalender Sync. So when you ask when you are actually free, the answer covers every calendar rather than the one you happen to have open.
From chat to assistant
Without your calendar Claude answers in general terms. With it, it plans along: it suggests times that are genuinely free, drafts the email to your client and books the event if you want it to.
You decide what Claude sees
For each calendar you choose between busy, title with time, and full details. A calendar you don't grant doesn't exist for Claude, and attendees or attachments never leave your calendar.
And you decide what it may do
Whether it only looks or also creates events is your call, per calendar. Every action is logged with a timestamp so nothing happens unnoticed, and you can end the connection with one click. Hosted in Germany.

This is how you connect Claude.
The video walks the whole way: add the connector, grant your calendars at the level of detail you want, and have the first event created from a simple message.

Examples
What you can ask Claude
There are no commands to learn. You write the way you would in any other chat, and Claude looks into exactly the calendars you granted.
See the day
Instead of opening three calendar views side by side, you ask once. Claude sums up what is coming, no matter which account the event sits in.
- What is still on today?
- What does my Thursday look like?
- Anything important next week?
Find free time
This is the question that saves the most time. Claude checks every connected calendar at once and only offers times that are genuinely free.
- Where do I have two hours in one piece this week?
- When does a meeting with Lisa fit?
- Offer three times for a first call.
Create events
Once you allow creating for a calendar, it doesn't stop at the suggestion. The event lands in the right calendar and is on your phone seconds later.
- Put the call on Tuesday at 10.
- Block Friday afternoon for focused work.
- Add the dentist on the 3rd at 9.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Claude
What is Claude actually allowed to do in my calendar?
Exactly what you allow, and separately for each calendar. There is one switch for reading and one for creating events, and the second one is off to begin with. Many people let Claude look first and allow it to book once they have a feel for how it phrases things.
What it actually did is there to read: every query and every event is logged with a timestamp in the app. And if something doesn't sit right with you, you end the connection there with one click.
What the assistant may doDoes Claude see everything that is in my calendar?
Only as much as you want. Per calendar you pick one of three levels: busy only, title with time, or full details. Your family calendar can stay pure busy time while the project calendar is fully readable.
Attendees, attachments and links stay out of it at every level. And a calendar you haven't granted simply doesn't show up for Claude.
The three visibility levelsDo I have to connect my calendars somewhere first?
No, that happens in the same run. The screen Claude sends you to is exactly where you connect and pick your accounts.
If you already sync your calendars with Kalender Sync, you simply tick the ones Claude may see. The two run independently, your sync stays untouched.
Read it step by stepWhy does Claude warn about a community connector?
Because we aren't Anthropic. Claude shows that notice for everything that isn't built in-house, so it says nothing about us in particular.
What matters more is what happens next: at that point Claude hasn't seen a single line from your calendar. That only gets decided in the next step, on our side.
How far ahead can Claude plan?
For availability it queries stretches of up to 92 days at a time and can look back up to a year. For next week or next quarter that is plenty.
When searching for a keyword it gets the 50 nearest hits plus a note when there were more. So it knows the list isn't complete and asks rather than guesses.
Does this work in Claude Desktop or on a team plan?
Yes. Where the directory isn't available you add the server by hand once, and everything after that is identical.
In larger companies IT sometimes has to approve third-party connectors first. For that conversation we have collected everything about permissions, data processing and hosting in one place.
Documents for your IT teamAnd what does it cost?
From 5 euros a month. What you need depends mostly on how many calendars you want to connect: the Basic plan covers three accounts, Professional as many as you like.
The assistant itself costs nothing extra, it is part of every plan. You can try the whole thing for seven days, without a credit card and without anything renewing on its own.

Kalender Sync sits behind an open interface, so whatever else you use reaches the same calendars in the same way. Every agent gets its own access with its own visibility, and you can end each one separately.
