For freelancers & self-employed
Multiple clients, multiple calendars, one synced view
Kalender Sync keeps all your project, client and personal calendars automatically in sync. No more double-bookings – and no more lost business.
Working for several clients is rarely a calendar problem and almost always a visibility problem: every client wants to be able to plan, none should see who else you work for. Kalender Sync connects each of those calendars separately, with its own direction and its own visibility level. Everything comes together in your own calendar, while the client calendars only show that you are busy. Double-bookings disappear without you granting anyone access.

How Kalender Sync helps your project life
No double-booking costs you money anymore
Blocked times appear automatically in every calendar – in real time on Basic and up. You never give the same slot away twice – and you stay reliable for every client.
All calendars in one place

For yourself or for sharing

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many client calendars can I connect?
That depends on the plan: two calendar accounts on Free, three on Basic, unlimited on Professional. Each connected calendar is its own connection that you configure separately. Direction, visibility level and label are set per connection, so client A can sync in full detail while client B only ever sees “busy”.
At one client I only have a guest account in Microsoft 365. Is that enough?
Usually yes. The connection runs over the official Microsoft Graph API via OAuth, with no add-in and no browser extension. Only tenants with a strict consent policy require a one-off admin consent, which your client's IT has to approve. Personal Outlook.com accounts and most Microsoft 365 accounts do without.
Can client A see that I am currently with client B?
Only that you are busy. The default transfers no titles, no attendees and no notes. On top of that you can give blocked times your own label, for example “Booked externally”, so not even a project name shows up in the client's calendar.
What happens if a client deactivates my access?
Kalender Sync detects the revoked access, pauses that one connection and emails you. Every other connection keeps running unchanged. Once the access is back, two clicks restore the connection.
Do I pay per client or per calendar?
Billing is per person, but the plans do cap how many calendar accounts you connect: two on Free, three on Basic, unlimited on Professional. Working for four or five clients usually lands you on Professional. Paying annually means you pay for ten months and use twelve.
